Service description

BillDocs provides tools to organize purchase bill information and track warranty dates. Features may change, and availability may vary.

Your account and responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Use only documents and information you have the right to upload.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls or access another user's records.
• Check that uploaded information is accurate and keep your own important copies of invoices and warranties.

Warranty information disclaimer

Calculated dates and reminders are informational aids only. BillDocs does not guarantee a manufacturer's warranty, product coverage, reminder delivery or claim eligibility. Refer to the seller and manufacturer documents for official terms.

Availability and data

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important documents.

Plans and payments

If paid plans are offered, pricing and included features will be shown at purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms displayed at purchase also apply.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or respond to misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BillDocs is provided on an “as available” basis and is not a substitute for keeping original purchase or warranty documents.
